Albany County businesses could face $10,000 fine

There were multiple reports of Albany County businesses serving drinks to the public at their bars, County Executive Dan McCoy announced Sunday.

Businesses will face a $10,000 fine and a revoked liquor license if they continue to operate and violate Governor Cuomo's guidelines, said McCoy.

With 187 confirmed positive cases and 1 death in Albany County, McCoy says the warning should not be taken lightly.
